Easy Fix. But only connect with Ceramic wire nuts not the plastic connector.
When the oven starts slow and never seems to get up to temp that igniter is going bad. It is wired in series with the gas valve so if it opens up or goes high resistance, no gas & no fire. In my case it would let some gas in but maybe just 50% so it never got up to temperature.
