Agitator dogs
They're made out of cheap plastic they're too hard and they make a loud ratcheting sound but my solution was to bend them just a little bit and lub with petroleum jelly.
They will quieten down over time.

GE throw away transmission
I bought the over priced transmission and I told the owner to sell the washer...
It's not going to last 2 years.
