Good accuracy at low cost
This low cost L/C meter has good accuracy down to 1uh and 1pf if zeroed properly. Lead placement will affect capacitance readings with small capacitors under 5pf so connect them directly for best accuracy. This meter is the real deal with the buttons to the left of the terminal strip. Avoid the clones with the buttons on the right. They do not work. This meter didn't include a manual but operating instructions can be found on the web.

Good quality Li-ion, NiMH, NiCd Charger
In addition to charging and discharging, it has a refresh and two test modes. The only con is that It will not work with LiPo batteries without opening it and changing a switch setting. I would have been nice to have that switch available externally so you can switch between Li-ion and LiPo batteries. YouTube has some good reviews on this product.
