Worksharp
1 of 2 found this helpful I have several other knife sharpening systems that work reasonably well. I thought I would give the Worksharp a try as I am one of those people who could never get a consistent edge from a stone. If you are not a Japanese knife master, this is a great way to sharpen. I did get the leather honing belt and now every knife in the house has a mirror edge and you can shave with it. I plan to buy several more to give as gifts to knife aficionados in the family.
