By the short hairs.
Sadly, when there's only one or two providers of this bulb in the market, they've got you by the short hairs. The light works well, it's stamped as genuine Ultralux, and fits perfectly. The packaging was *really* iffy. Shipping a $42+ bulb? Pack that thing well! I was rather shocked at the lack of protective packaging.
Pros: Great bulb and it's available. Appears to be genuine manufacturer item.
Cons: Expensive and packaging left a lot to be desired.
Since there are literally two sources of this bulb, I'll deal with the cost & packaging until the fixture itself dies.

One of the best Magnesium Test kits out there!
The Salifert Mg test kit is exceptional. The test is easy to conduct and gives you a solid idea of where your magnesium concentration is. The solid points are easy to read and to interpolate in-between measurements is trivial. This my go-to magnesium test for all my home tanks and all the systems we have at the high-end coral shop I help at. Highly recommended!

Great For the Foodie & Japanophile Alike!
The writing style is so vivid and personal that it feels like he’s speaking directly to you, and you’re along for the ride. The detailed descriptions of each dish and the methodology of the preparation & cooking are simply bonuses that let the home chef with an adventurous side try to reproduce them with good results.
