Verdict still out
1 of 1 found this helpful I bought this flip phone for my husband. He had a stroke and was unable to learn a new phone buttons and set up. This phone was like his last which got water damage. The phone worked for a week and then went dead. It had a full charge but would not turn on. I took it to the Verizon store. The clerk said we should "lift the battery" first. This involved taking the battery out and wiping the contacts. After replacing the same battery in the phone, he turned the phone on and it worked perfectly. It has been fine. Ever since. I've never had this problem or this resolution to the problem. Check back on 6 months or a year. So far so good.
