Like brand new
I bought a “refurbished” model and it came like it was brand new. Fully boxed from Dyson with all of the attachments. Not a scuff or scratch on it. I have another Dyson animal (not the roller ball) that I’ve had for 13 years and have never even had to change a belt. They are great vacuums.
