How the phones were recieved.
I was told that the Box had been opened and all wires, plugs batteries, etc. were wrapped as brand new. This was true and the units were up to factory shape. However, there were multiple names and phone numbers in the handsets. I deleted them all. Then after a week, one unit kept telling me to charge it for 7 hours. I did this a number of times and no luck. Looks like I will have 3 phones instead of four. So I decided to replace the 2 rechargeable batteries in the unit. That was the problem, one of the batteries would not recharge.
All is all I am satisfied with the purchase except problems that I listed. I was lead to believe there were no numbers in the units.
Thank you for asking for input as I had trashed the receipts.
