  Sent me a Gun Grip with a stripped out Screw, then denied the problem. Gave me half of my money back after I went to the Hardware store and bought a screw that was not what it should be but at least it worked. Did not look right and went in the garbage. I lost about 15 bucks plus time and trouble on this one. I will not be back.

  It was an old grip for a gun I no longer own. I found no defect and presented it honestly and very cheaply. When you told me of the problem, you said the screw was too short, so I offered half your money back since you had to buy a longer screw which cost less than a dollar. You agreed to that. I haven't been dishonest or unjust.
