Western Digital My Passport Essential review
Traveling in a RV fulltime means saving space and weight whenever possible. The Passport lets me save all my DVD movies, Pictures, and important media in just one small space. Easy to use, works great and the movie quality is usually as good as the originial DVD. Then I can save the DVD disks in a separate and safe location. Once the movies are recorded, the front cover of the DVD shows up and my movies are listed in alphabetical order..... how cool is that.
Some movies will not let you copy onto the hard drive, like Disney movies, I haven't figured that out. Some times (vary rarely) the copied movie will have those funky digital pixal mixup things and we have had to delete and re- record it

2 of 2 found this helpful Perfect for travel, taking to the beach, riding in a car. We travel in an RV which limits storage space for books that are already read. The Kindle eliminates all the storage problem. I LOVE the fact that I can change the font for easy reading without my glasses and the fact I can easily see the screen even in the bright direct sun. It is light, compact and a wonderful thng when I am waiting at the doctors office or the DMV. I would highly reccommend!
I love the fact that I can download my books on my PC, then sync to my Kindle or my android phone. LOVE IT
