I have used it a couple times, the function seems good, but the connectivity is atrocious, keeps dropping from my app connection and my WiFi, very frustrating. I am not sure if there is some glitch in wireless connections in my home (everything else works fine) or there is some inherently glitchy with this unit. Still, to make a good quality hot drink WiFi connectivity is not required, and it definitely does that very well. Over all, I’m satisfied.
