Almost 5 stars
Once you get to the manual it's 5 stars but to get to it you have to reset the date on your computer to 2012 or before to get it to load. They recommended a 3rd party program to load the executable file in to back load the manual but after loading the executable file into it, it wouldn't load. So every time I use the manual, I have to reset the year on my computer to use it. But other than that, it is everything you could want in a Ford Taurus shop manual. It goes into complete detail on every part of the car.

An ergonomic keyboard.
A good product for a reasonable price. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because the space bar doesn't easily depress if you hit it on the ends. However, it functions normally if you depress it in the middle. Other than that, I love it.

Satisfied and happy
I bought this instrument cluster to replace the original one I had in my 2005 STX. Mine didn't have a tach but this one did with silver highlighted background. Using Forscan and my laptop, I pulled the "as built" info from my original ic and transfered it to the new one to get all the lights and warnings to work. However, that was easy and now it functions just like the original. I am very happy with my new instrument cluster.
