The Longest Winter
My dad was in the 106th Infantry and I wanted to learn more about the regiment. Not exactly the information I was looking for. Good historian for the Battle of the Bulge so all was not lost! Not my favorite book but good for facts.

Gone With The Wind
This was the first movie my mom took me to see as a kid. I wanted to share it with my daughter as well. You have to love the banter between Scarlet and Rhett. Despite their troubled relationship you can actually smile at some of their comments. Also a great movie for a lesson on the Civil War.

The Crew
Saw a preview for this movie in the theater and then didn't hear another word about it! I like gangster movies and have never seen one with a geriatric cast! Love the actors in this movie and the plot is hilarious. Good Friday night movie!
