Too Lightweight for a 20x40 pool cover

I never give a 1 Star review, but this was a waste of money. It can not support a 20x40 12mill pool cover. It literally sags so much it rubs the ground. Might be just fine for a smaller pool cover, but is advertsided for a 20x40.
