Fit 1988 fender 62 AVRI
This fits my 1988 fender 62 AVRI and modify the string spacing to the modern spacing. the info on the net is very confusing what fit what does, but this confirm 007-2290-000 fit 80's or early 90's american made 62 reissue with V-xxxxxx serial number. I think this is made in Taiwan, but it has very nice finish, nicely built, finish and look very similar to the original one. With the modified modern string spacing, it makes the 62' AVRI a lot more enjoyable to play, no more falling off the neck feel. I'm very satisfied with only $50 spent. I think it should be done on all 62'AVRI.
