    Spectacular communication and first class customer service. I had an idea for something vr3 didn’t already make. I threw a hail-marry and asked if it was something they’d done… “nope, but I can”. Not only did vr3 custom design a set of diffraction pads to the specs of my speakers, but they threw a logo of the manufacturer on the front to match the look of the speaker driver basket! To top it off, I had them in hand three days after my initial message. A+
