Good for both water and air cooling.
Good at keeping temperatures low.
Thermal Grizzly's own website suggest this paste for both water and air cooling, but not extreme overclocking. Great stuff, very sticky and does the job well on my Ryzen 5 3600 air cooled PC
that's run with Ryzen Master.
