Decent enough
The product was listed as NEW but there are clear signs of use, like small scratches and a slight warp. It functions and I can't *prove* that it's not new so I didn't deduct any stars from the rating. The shipping was top notch. Very well packed in a lot of bubble wrap and sturdy, oversized box. It's too bad that it's so expensive. The laptop is like 6 years old. I wouldn't think that a keyboard would cost nearly $40.

2 of 2 found this helpful These hubs can't clamp down tight enough to keep from falling off the wheel axle which results in the pin falling out and possibly getting lost. That's the whole point of using clamping hubs. When the set screw is tightened in an attempt to keep the hubs in place on the wheel axle, the head of the screw will snap off. I wish they worked as well as they look. :(
