The package arrived faster than expected, I was very happy with that. The shipping was probably the problem, because when I tried to put the batteries in they wouldn’t stay in, and when I shook it, it rattled inside and the batteries would not stay in. I contacted the company and they answered very fast and worked hard to remedy the problem. They are shipping out another bubble gun, to replace the previously purchased one. The communication was always very prompt and had the customer in mind.

Unfortunately my a Catnap came with four holes. Its head was almost completely detached. I have contacted the seller and I am waiting to hear back. We want to order a different style so I am hopeful they will refund the purchase.
