Does the job!

Priced decently, and does the job. Some of the more expensive ones release when break is pulled, but not really needed, and not really sure it's worth the extra $150. Installation was easy. As far as quality it's plastic, but I can't see any parts that look like they will be an issue.

Global Classic 5 in. Chef's Utility Knife GS-3

Great knife

Thought about buying a set, but wanted to see if it was worth it. This is the only knife I use now. It is super sharp, and just feels good in the hand. I read a couple of reviews about it being slippery when working with poultry or the like, and I haven't noticed that at all. Great knife, not sure I need to buy a set now though cause this one seems like all I need.

Great quality

I am a commercial plumber, and have used knipex cobra pliers for 15 + years. I started off using channel lock pliers, but these are so much better. One of those times where "you get what you pay for" applies. Great quality, long lasting, and best pliers I've used.
