Do not waste your hope, expectations, and money.
Basically useless to purchase this to repair/replace fractured Lumia 950XL screen.
Correct approach is to replace both the glass screen and the under display electronics as a package. No professional service tech will touch it (regardless of ethnicity). All inform it requires 100% GUARANTEED removal of ALL contaminants from the electronic screen underneath (as in laboratory grade) prior to placement of the outer glass screen. It takes all asked between 3-4 hours to do the proper replacement. After that much time, if it fails to function as expected, that time is irrecoverable and basically non-chargeable.
Recommendation of all (including Microsoft Canada in Burnaby, B.C.) is to send it to Nokia for complete analysis and replacement of both the glass screen and the electronic display underneath. Co$t$ very much. All advise putting those funds towards a replacement cell phone.
