Beware of dosage
The 1st day I took 2 pills as described on the label: It totally cleaned me out by end of day, no stomach ache. But after that day I only took half the dosage to prevent diarrhea in the future. I'm seeing some good numbers on my glucose meter. I'm still working on my diet and these pills are helping me get control and be consistent. It's only been a week but I'm happy so far with this supplement.
Edit: It's been a 3 months and I can definitely say my Mother and I appreciate this product. It has been a help to us in losing weight, keeping our glucose levels down. My mother recently had one of her best A1C readings of 5 to which her doctor said it was better than his last reading. I'm here to purchase it again.
