help for insomnia
Lifelong chronic insomnia sufferer. I take 3 capsules of this as well as 3 each of Gaia Sleep formula and Cortisol Manager and they allow me to get to sleep. I still don't sleep enough but this really helps.

energetic medicine works
I ordered a bunch of flower essences for my dog and human family on the recommendation of an animal communicator! It's energetic medicine, so effects are subtle, but I do feel a little lighter, more positive, and my dogs are doing better too. One was so depressed he lost his appetite, and is eating much better and feeling more positive now, another is much more joyful than she seemed before.
