handy and saves time
1 of 1 found this helpful These wire butt splices save a lot of time soldering. stick the wires in heat them up and solder, seal and shrink tube them all at once. the only thing you have to watch is not to heat it too long as the shrink tube will melt through and the joint may get exposed. done properly they are great.

I will use nothing else.
I have fished with Pfluegers for over 30 years now. I also use only the high end Pfluegers. They have been consistantly well made and worth the extra money to have i still have several supremes that i use from back when 9 bb were the top of the line. they still work greatI also have the new supremes as well. But understand the patriarch is very , very well balanced and when i added one this year i went with the patriarch XT. It's like not even having anything on your reel. this thing weighs a mere 5.8 oz. and is as tough as nails. Casts without effort and reels in smooth as can be. the only thing you feel when you catch a big bass if the fight of the fish. I collect old Pflueger baitcasters and they have done well since the 1800's in been at the top of the list with reasonalbly priced reels that do the job as well as any reel I have ever used. Anyone who picks up one of my patriarchs is amazed at how smooth and free running they are. It sells itself. Pick one up and try it your self. you won't be disappointed in the least.

How i discovered Duckett was total luck. Now i am hooked.
Caught my first Duckett pole from the bottom of a lake. Was my lucky day. Had that not happened I would not now own another one. (I paid for the second one) great pole though. I plan on snagging more in the future. Love the smooth cast it provides. once i used it i didn't want to put it down.
