Not primed, better!
Not sure why description calls the surface finish "primed." The product was bare shiny black plastic, which was what I preferred. The fist photo looks somewhat matte as well, but reviewing the whole set again, there are clear reflections.
My car is black, so this matches beautifully without painting. I don't recall if other colored Saturn cars had the mirrors painted to match or left them black. Your mileage may vary, especially if your car has been repainted.
Also contrary to the photos (which probably had the camera person edited out) the mirror does have the obligatory "OBJECTS IN MIRROR ARE CLOSER THAN THEY APPEAR" message.
The mirror is sturdy and the mechanics are working as expected. The price is competitive or better than used parts. I am very happy with my purchase.
