  Ordered 2 straps and never got them delivered. Seems like UPS did honor to its bad reputation/work and lost the package somehow somewhere. Had to reach out to the seller a few different times to letting him know the actual situation, and took me 2 days getting an action from his part. His lack of communication and empathy was outstanding. Not a single message apologizing for the issue, but glad eBay got my back and could ask for a refund.
