  I ordered 3 sample vials of Chanel perfume from this seller, and seller immediately marked it as "shipped". Then, seller sent me email that they don't have item they described, and offered substitute I was not interested in, and only after 2 requests they refunded me. Extremely irresponsible seller, will never buy from them again, just a waste of time and money.

  I believe this feedback is unfair. I informed the buyer immediately that only 1 of the 3 items was in stock and offered either better-value alternatives or a full refund. Once the buyer responded, I processed the refund promptly.Despite my polite and transparent communication, they still left negative feedback. This doesn’t reflect the full situation and may mislead future buyers.I always strive to provide the best service possible and believe I acted responsibly and in good faith. Thanks!!!!

  I highly recommend this seller. I purchased an item that due to my mistake was sent to a wrong address. The seller went above and beyond to re-send it to me and since ebay wouldn't allow to change the address, the seller reimbursed me while apologizing for inconvenience.
