Good value item
This item - which arrived in a matter of days from India - is identical to that costing more than twice as much from a UK based specialist supplier. The finish is good and it fits perfectly - what more could you ask?!

Good well made product.
1 of 1 found this helpful This is a very well made item which is easy to use. However, it was less assembled than I was expecting and putting it together took a bit of working out as the instructions were somewhat scant! A few observations : the anchoring eyes at the front would be better placed at the side in line with bike handlebars; the ramp could do with being longer as my '36 Ariel grounds when pushing it up; could do with being another 150mm longer to enable a rear stand of a rigid to be operated. All that said, it is a great piece of equipment, sturdy and well made and I am enjoying using it.
A shame the delivery didn't match the product. I was given two delivery days and the 'tracking' offered was impossible for this old git to make any sense of! Fortunately a phone call found a helpful respondent who advised of the actual delivery day but could give no indication of time. When the lift arrived it had slipped on the pallet in transit and the driver - who had very little English - was reluctant to attempt to unload it. It was difficult to discuss the problem with him but he finally - somewhat unwillingly - managed to shift it onto the tail lift whereby he then dragged it off on to the road and that's where he left it! Fortunately our road is quiet and I was relieved not to see my crate disappear still on his lorry and let him go as it was clear he had no intention of moving it further. With the help of a neighbour I managed to get it onto my driveway to safely unpack..
