not important, leave them off added weight and cost, only good for us resto guys leave em for us!

Air fitting size
The overall size is smaller, length is the same and it will bolt right in so as for that it is a direct replacement. However; the air fitting bungs are smaller so your factory 3/8" sized couplings will not work! Could be a choke point for a high volume need applications. but then if you're use these little compressors for high volume needs you're probably going run into bigger problems than than this product.
My only real complaint is I just didn't like replacing my high dollar quick disconnect couplings, although; I do want to add it does work just fine, bolts right in, so aside from the aforementioned details that I didn't like, there are no manufacturing flaws, and it works great. Can't see any reason I would ever need to buy another one as I have two rebuild kits now but should the need arise I would.

While I stand by all the aforementioned points of contention and the positive parts as well, I would like to add a little to it. I have been running this compressor hard all summer long! Feeding from both ports and it supplies every bit as good as the larger OEM version! I have had zero problems with its built in regulator and only have to adjust, as you would with any for temperature changes!
I highly recommend this for anyone who runs into the problem I did and finds themselves needing to replace a manifold. Be nice to have the valve ports a little longer but it's solid and will hold up to higher pressure thru rapid temp changes while vibrating like a son of gun!

Doesn't smell like sulfer
Works like you would expect, turns the unit on and off at the settings like a P switch should. Don't know what else to say.
