Good quality and taste.

This was surprisingly good. I took the advice and separated it and froze the bulk of the bag for later. It's moist and a lot easier to chew than regular jerky. The texture is more like one of those steak strips (I won't mention a brand). It tastes more like a good summer sausage to me. I got the peppered and it has a nice flavor, without being overpowered by the pepper to the point of that being the only thing you taste. But you do get a nice low level peppery burn. I would definitely recommend this. Next time I'm going to try one of the other flavors just to switch it up.
