  Cancelled order after customer paid and then asked me to redirect their package because their new phone changed their "settings". Have seen too many horror stories about customers receiving requests regarding redirecting pkgs so luckily I had not sent pkg out yet. New phones don't change address settings as settings are done in the ebay account itself, which is completely separate from phone settings. Could be lack of knowledge or confusion on customers end, but just a heads up for sellers
