  Car described as reliable in the advert - refused to give receipt for cash - v5 not in sellers name and he didn't say selling for someone else in the advert - the gearbox is faulty in reverse first and second - the car doesn't start in the morning and needs jumpstarting - seller said it always started but sometimes a few turns of key needed - clearly wasn't starting properly then or now

  I am sorry for your bad experience, but those problems were not present on the time of sale. That is the reason I strongly recommend inspecting the car yourself or by your preferred mechanic before bidding, which you have not done and the responsibility is yours. The car has been sold as seen with no warranty.
