RELIABLE PRODUCT
Not only do I take this particular Melatonin near bedtime coupled with vitamin D3 as a sleeping aid (look up Dr Stasha Gominak), but also during the day as a preferred antioxidant for the brain (in several devided doses, in total ~30 mg). What's interesting is that, unlike slow release versions (especially those reinforced with B6), taken during the day it doesn't cause drowsiness - instead it keeps me calm and focused. I take it for 8 months straight in this manner with no side effects.

Excellent probiotic
It tastes great and I have already experimented with various minerals and substances during 2nd fermentation (to increase bioavalability). Thank You, Kate!

Pure and reasonably priced product
1 of 1 found this helpful I use this Potassium Bicarbonate liberally to supplement my diet with Potassium. Usually by mixing it with Ascorbic or Citric acid in water, thus producing Potassium Ascorbate or Potassium Citrate.
