Sonic Rush Adventure (Nintendo DS, 2007) Tested Authentic Cartridge Only

fast paced fun

Sonic Rush Adventure is a solid sonic game on the DS. It's really fast paced with the boositng mechanic and the trick system, which makes it really fun to play. The only downsides I can think of at the moment are the progression system and the level design. To progress towards more levels you have to grind previous levels to get resources to upgrade your ship to sail to new ones. Which honestly I wouldn't have too much of a problem with it if the level design was better. Levels in this game can feel really good, but a gripe with them that I have is that they tend to place bottomless pits randomly through them. So you'd be boosting around and having fun, then Bam, pit. Other than those this game is a solid title, 8/10
