Brilliant money saver
At first, I thought the spindle on my cooker wouldn't fit in the fitting, but with a firm push it slid on suddenly and works perfectly. Probably, needs a "skirt" to cover the gap still showing to make it better looking, but it has saved me buying a new cooker, so well worth it. I have a Beko DVG 9531. Very pleased.

Beautiful taps
1 of 1 found this helpful I needed to replace some very old bathroom taps. I wanted brass / gold instead of the ubiquitous chrome. These were very close to what I had before. The only issue is that the taps do not turn on in the same direction (cold anticlockwise, hot clockwise). My plumber explained that internally they are designed to have levers, rather than the crossheads they actually have, hence why they turn on differently. In any case I'll get used to this soon. They look lovely, work fine and were very reasonable compared to other taps I saw. At this price I can't complain at all.
