Good for general, no good for office work
It is an overall good product good value, does what it says, however it took a while for my husband's mac desktop computer to detect the device. Also, as he is using it for office work, and we didn't realise there's no light on the caps lock key, it was inconvenient for this purpose as he often type in the wrong passwords when working with multiple softwares/systems and couldn't immediately tell if the caps lock is on or off, and hence gets locked out of the system and having to call the IT to resolve the issue multiple times. For these inconveniences, the rating is 3 stars.

Not so great
I bought it for video backdrop but soon realised there are few problems with this item: the height is not sufficient to cover the background comfortably, it has to literally sit right behind my chair. Secondly, the white backdrop arrived crumply and it shows in the video. When I try to iron it the material burned and made holes despite of being ironed with tea towel above it. It might be ok for other uses but I can't say I'd recommend this product. The frame is too fragile to be used as clothes hanger.
