Good value vehicle mod
Easy to install and looks great in my car, happy with this purchase.

Actually very good quality, considering the cost
I battled to decide between the Kings awning and this one, as they were both similarly priced, and had similar features. You see Kings awnings everywhere, so that was pulling me towards the known brand but I also read heaps of bad reviews about Kings awnings, so in the end I decided to go with this one based largely on the colour being preferable and the fact that they would probably both be pretty poor quality anyway. Well I am pleased to say I have used this twice now and both times it was easy to set up and down and stood up all day without even needing to use guy ropes, even with one of the days being quite breezy.
It looks great in the grey and appears to be pretty good quality, so I am really happy I went with this choice.
Some points to consider:
It does come in half, which I did not realise, so you do need to put it together yourself but it’s not too difficult
The telescopic poles do come apart quite easy when you are setting it up if you pull them out too far and then difficult to get back together, so go easy with that
The Velcro straps that hold it once rolled up could be longer, they just fit around it
The bag is not the best quality and the zip can get stuck if you open it too far plus the back is zipped up and would have been better secured to the aluminium plate but it works ok

Better than expected
When you consider how much cheaper this is than other name brand cleaners out there, it represents exceptional value.
Most of the parts appear to be nearly the same quality as the last barracuda I owned.
I imagine it probably won't last as long but nothing lasts forever and if I have to buy a new one every 18 months it will still be better value than a name brand cleaner that lasts maybe 3 years in the Australian sun and salt pool conditions anyway. Replacing it every year or two also means that it will always look shiny and new, not old and faded, which I like.
Probably the least decent quality part of it is the elbow connnector to the skimmer box but that is a very easy fix. The hose is actually pretty decent and the diaphragm is pretty much a barracuda generic one anyway (plus you get two in this kit).
