  The seller went an extra mile for me. Even though the package was addressed correctly, it was delivered to the wrong address. The post office did forward the package to me but many of the items arrived broken. The seller reimbursed me for the broken items. I am hoping USPS will reimburse her for the damage. (The items that were intact, arrived in excellent condition.)
