    Products came as described. Packaging was good. Price was good. Shipping speed was NOT good. It was supposed to be delivered much earlier. Seller never responded about shipping info when I reached out to them. The item wasn’t even shipped until AFTER I reached out to seller and I was disappointed they never responded to me. But at least I got the product I ordered & paid for, so that’s why I responded with “neutral” rather than positive or negative.

    I end up messaging the seller therefore they stated the item not Labubu is la fufu and didn’t provide a picture but after all I was happy with the communication there was a bit miss communication on their end but they happily fix it fast and refund my order before it ship due to my request to as they lacked to response with picture they promised but they are honest and loyal
