Possibly not for me.
I can't say I am impressed with the product. Perhaps it is just not for me. It has made me constipated although I had read that it is supposed to do otherwise. I drink about 1.5 gallons of water per day. I do kickboxing and walk everyday. I still continue to take it. It's only my 6th day. Hopefully this improves.
I am happy to see that it has worked for others.
