Great product - worth the piece of mind
The Good:
-Fairly easy to hook everything up and the directions are clearly written.
-Sensor is very sensitive (which is good) and will detect any movement even breathing.
-Temperature gauge is handy, especially when the main thermostat is further away from the room.
The Bad:
-Camera is just ok, and the picture quality isn't that clear.
-Position of the base can make it difficult to capture the area inside of the crib. The directions state to place the base about three feet away, however the crib bars makes it impossible to see video. I suggest mounting it on a wall with a tripod you can buy for less than $10.
-There is a slight pause when using the remote to talk through the base. If you are speaking with someone, let them know there is a 2-3 second delay.
Overall, I would recommend this unit, as nothing is better than keeping your baby safe and to get piece of mind.
