  Item was poorly wrapped in plastic and was cut open when it arrived. One bag out of four was completely unusable as it was leaked all over the packaging inside and outside. I don't know what UPS thought when they delivered it. I let the seller know that it arrived in poor condition, sent pictures, and did not get any help, just an acknowledgement that they filed a claim. I would like a refund of 25% of what I paid since 1 out of 4 was unusable and poorly packaged.
