  The item has not arrived. I contacted the seller requested a tracking number. The seller has not responded. I was asked to defray some of the cost of the shipping which I did. I specifically asked the seller to send it with the tracking number. Having not heard from the seller I contacted inter parcel and was told that if the item had been shipped it would have had a tracking number. That the tracking number will be on the package and the seller would have the tracking number. I want a refund.
