  description and photo were not accurate, but I knew that prior to purchase - not 1941 but late war 1945 and white strap is more modern and wrong, packaged well, asked seller to send USPS instead of Fedex and it was quick shipping and reliable, good seller

  Thank you for leaving positive feedback. It sounds like you only saw listing title and not internal listing description as follows.."Lots of wear, stains, fading and worn areas. The maker and year mark is mostly faded away but looks like 1941. I believe the cream strap piece was added more recent to be used as purse. Measurements: bag 11 X 12 X 6", strap drop 21"."
