PORTABLE STRESS RELIEVER

This is my 3rd Emwave2 Purchase. I bought units for my husband and daughter. I go to Biofeedback and my Trainer had me working on Heart Rate Vitality for months and months. This Handy, Lightweight Portable Tool is instrumental in directing your thoughts and mind away from pain. Of course, it does not work by itself.....it takes lots and lots of practice. 20 minutes at a time. There is absolutely NO STRESS RELIEVING device in this world that will work on it's own. You have to make the time to use it every single day. I recently returned to Mayo Clinic for some grueling GI testing. I brought along my EMWAVE2. After a long long day of GI testing and being sicker than sick....I got back to my Hotel and used my device. I had my best reading to date. A mere 7% RED....78% GREEN. I had those results because I practice all the time.........If you are starting out and STRESSED....you will not get these same results. Also, I did an experiment over the summer. I did one session with 70's Music...which I absolutely LOVE & another with Relaxation Music. I could not get out of the RED ZONE at all....I had about 80% Red......but about 60% Green with Relaxation Music. This is proof positive RELAXATION MUSIC TRULY DOES WORK TO CALM YOUR MIND AND STRESS.
