The seller revealed that the DVD was ex-library only at the very bottom of the auction page. I mention this because I NEVER buy ex-library items. If I were selling an ex-library item, the fact would be noted prominently. All sellers should do likewise, I firmly believe. Since the DVD appears to play well, however, I will not penalize the seller for my failure to read the fine print more closely and be more skeptical about his forthrightness. I wish things were otherwise, nonetheless.

We mentioned that this was a lightly used Ex-Library DVD right in the first sentence of the second paragraph of the description we wrote of the item. eBay chooses to put this seller-written description under the all of the pre-filled eBay generated info about the DVD, but it is THE main description of our item. Buyer made a low counter-offer (which we accepted) to our already low special offer. They got a great deal! Also, the DVD was properly graded as just GOOD due to the library history

(A) I agreed that the DVD was in good shape, didn't I? (B) You made the discounted offer, didn't you? Then you invited me to make a counteroffer, didn't you? No one compelled you to do either. (C) Yes, I did get a pretty good deal, didn't I? Should I be ashamed or embarrassed about that? (D) The ex-library condition was, just as I said, noted at the bottom of the auction page. Anyone who cares to look is welcome to. (E) I left positive feedback. That's all most buyers will see or care about.
