Not for 2013 Explorer.
It is not a 2011 to 2015, this version is for 2011 to 2012 only. It will not fit a 2013 model. The top portion around the vents is longer than the 2013 panel. I spent four hours trying to understand why it would’ve go in. Finally I compared it to the old panel and discovered the difference. I had to use the old panel and put in the vents from the new, the new vent has a diff ent angle but I was able to use the vent.
