1 of 1 found this helpful My baby really seemed to like the DVD. She didn't watch it continously, but she did watch it on and off for the 30 min. I went and got 2 more.

Feminine and comfy
Very comfortable ring. Came much smaller than my size so I was a little worried to pull it open as much as I needed. But it went fine. Wear it constantly, even in sneakers at gym, and I never feel it.

Lull-a-baby Sleep Plan
I did not really like this book. It didn't help in our situation. It might work easier if you have a very young baby. Only 2-3 months old. It does give advice for older babies too. But you really need to be able to stick with their plan and you need a lot of time and patience. I ran out of both. The plan is supposed to work in 1 week if you stick to it. I lasted 2 days! My baby just does not like to take naps.
