  Buyer left me a bad review at no fault of my own. I shipped the item within the 24 hr shipping and handling time but the post office didn't scan it in right away, I provided tracking as soon as it was made available and communicated this and any updates to the buyer but regardless of my efforts, I was falsely accused of being dishonest and a refund was requested while the item was in route and almost delivered.
