Very tight connection

The connection is very tight and it is very difficult to insert and remove my headphones. Works ok once connected.

Gets very hot while charging.

I’ve only used it twice so far but I’m concerned that the charger gets very hot during the charging process. Obviously this means that I have to monitor it and not leave it unattended while the batteries are charging. Not ideal really so I would be reluctant to recommend it.
